Abdominal Massage
For this massage, the patient must be lying face up.

Using your fingertips, you start with a gentle but firm motion. It is a movement of exploration.

From the pubic region, make smooth, circular, gliding motions. You continue placing one hand on top of the other, using pressure in a circular motion with the heel of the hand.

From the rectus abdominus major, give pinches going up toward the transversus abdominus, major and minor obliques. After, continue toward the diaphragm with cupped hands, pushing the adipose tissue toward the center of the abdomen.

You finish with a kneading motion in the center of the belly.
