Neck Massage
Follow this progression presented here so that your neck massages will be entirely pleasant and healthy.

Start with a smooth kneading massage and small pinches toward the nape, spreading from the center of the neck.

With three fingers from each hand, Move upward with vibration from the beginning of the chest to the chin.

Kneading from the base of the neck toward one shoulder and after toward the other.

Lift up the patient's head slowly, move it very gently to one side, keeping one hand on the chin and the other kneading the side of the neck to the shoulders, first on one side and then the other.

Take the head with one hand on the top and the other on the chin. Slowly turn it toward each side.

Return the head to rest on the arms and massage the shoulders.

Finish with pressure on the arms from the shoulder to the wrist and back to the shoulder the same way.

The repetitions of these steps depend on you and the comfort of the patient with the movement or his necessities.
